食管法修法 過期或違法添加均重罰

近期幾起食品問題均與違法添加物有關，衛生署表示，這次修訂食品衛生管理法，將增列食品添加物未經中央主管機關核可且情節重大，可處6萬到600萬元。

多名立委也提案，若違法添加，或是像之前被查獲的義美小泡芙使用過期原料、醬油添加物超過衛生標準，過去罰則只有3萬到15萬元，修法擬將罰則提高為3萬到300萬元。

衛生署食藥局長康照洲表示，罰則提高到多少，可以討論、協商，衛生署希望今天挑燈夜戰，讓食品衛生管理法修法更完備，並趕上周五院會審查。
