| 老屋拉皮 最高補助千萬

「老屋拉皮」也是都市更新的方式之一，台北市、新北市、高雄市政府均提供整建維護經費補助，最多補助總經費75%，上限最高1000萬元。北市去年起，限制補助對象須為7樓以下的公寓，若建物有違建則會視違規情況刪減補助額度。

今年雙北市、高雄市都發局皆提出更新整建補助方案，其中北市補助工程總經費的45%、新北市補助50~75%，上限皆為1000萬元；高雄市最多補助50%。崔媽媽基金會執行長呂秉怡說，台北市房屋「高齡化」，政府雖有補助，但目前最困難的是社區整合，住戶權益分配常造成爭議，建議政府可培養社區專業規劃團隊，協助住戶做財務計劃及達成共識。

| 八德廣豐重劃區 低價搶客

【廣編特輯】桃園房市強強滾，成交價格更是屢創新高，部份特殊個案甚至來到每坪40萬元，行政區緊鄰桃園市的八德，因為生活機能跟房價優勢，吸引不少買盤進入。
北二高沿線城市近年房價都拉出一波漲幅，八德同樣不例外但漲幅較不明顯，八德廣豐重劃區，屬於民間自辦重劃，近距熱鬧的大湳商圈，車程八分鐘就可以上北二高交流道加上佔地1.6公頃的廣豐生態綠地公園，成為吸引購屋客的主要原因。
