| 籲修集遊法 苗青年要上街拆政府

針對日前「捍衛苗栗青年聯盟」提出申請，擬於8月16日舉辦「拆政府．守護苗栗音樂會」遭縣政府駁回一事，聯盟12日在立法院召開記者會，立委尤美女呼籲政政府盡速修訂集會遊行法。捍衛苗栗青年聯盟成員陳為廷也指出，縣政府對於申請音樂會駁回的理由自相矛盾，質疑縣政府惡意打壓，16日將照常上街。
尤美女說，當我們在讚嘆台灣民主進步，25萬人走上街頭抗議，卻能和平落幕，是因為中央政府核可人民上街，若是政府駁回人民的申請，人民上街就是違法，這完全鉗制人民的表意自由。從2008年野草莓學運即要求將《集遊法》的「許可制」改為「自願報備制」，並申請大法官釋憲至今已三年，卻毫無下文。

| 軍審法修正 立院今送總統府

立法院臨時會三讀通過軍事審判法，立法院今天下午已完成程序，將修正案送到總統府，依法十天內必須公告實施。由於適逢總統出訪，立法院長王金平說，總統不在可由副總統代理，或者總統從國外打電話回來交代怎麼處理，最主要是配合司法院那邊各種處理的程序，時間上很快沒有問題。
