【劉嘉韻／台北報導】為杜絕私校變賣土地及惡意倒閉，教育部長蔣偉寧今在立法院表示，私校轉型退場需維護公共化利益，校地、校產處分後需優先支付欠薪及資遣費，剩餘財產應作公益用途，絕非給予董事個人，「絕對不能有一毛錢進入私人口袋」。
