私校退場　剩餘財產不能進私人口袋

【劉嘉韻／台北報導】為杜絕私校變賣土地及惡意倒閉，教育部長蔣偉寧今在立法院表示，私校轉型退場需維護公共化利益，校地、校產處分後需優先支付欠薪及資遣費，剩餘財產應作公益用途，絕非給予董事個人，「絕對不能有一毛錢進入私人口袋」。

立法院教育及文化委員會今邀請教育部及內政部專案報告。內政部長李鴻源說，依照現行法律，私校轉型退場，至少有3成至4成土地需回饋政府，視個案可提高回饋比例。蔣偉寧則說，至少一半土地需回饋政府，剩餘的1/2土地作為轉型後單位、發展公益使用(如設養老院)，另一半由轉型後的法人持有，作為清償欠薪、資遣費等，不能有任何資源進入個人口袋。
