名間水力電廠爭議 水利署遭糾正

監察院上午通過糾正經濟部水利署，監委認為水利署疏於督促所屬完備公共建設的「可行性評估及先期規畫作業」，以致南投名間水力電廠尾水操作及水權分配等問題，遲至營運後近三年才相繼獲得解決，產生主辦機關、特許公司及農田水利單位為此迭生爭議，影響營運時程及發電效益至鉅。
