基隆1名張姓男子就讀國小一年級姪女，遭同班鄭姓男同學持剪刀刺傷，又揚言要打他兒子，張男昨天到校闖入教室「瞭解」，涉對鄭童摑耳光致其跌倒右手肘挫傷，經老師制止才罷手。

《自由時報》報導，鄭母氣得提告，斥責「打小孩算什麼好漢！」張男事後向鄭父道歉「我情緒失控，對不起！」但也不滿指出，鄭父放任鄭童欺負同學，其他小孩深受其害，他也將蒐集遭打傷學生資料，交由法官來判。
