標題[問題] 公司叫我自己提撥勞退

去應徵一家公司老闆要我自己負擔勞退6% 勞保保最低薪資19047 所以自己每個月要負擔原本雇主要負擔的1143元這樣對我以後的勞保退休金有什麼影響阿我跟雇主說這不是雇主提撥嗎雇主說我們員工進來前都是請員工自己提撥這應該違法吧... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.209.61
