陳菊對菲道歉回應:與期待有落差

高雄市長陳菊今天表示，針對菲律賓的回應，雖然可以理解我國在外交交涉過程的困難，但對於目前的進展，與台灣多數人民的期待有相當大的落差，她也感到嚴重不滿與失望。

陳菊說，身為地方政府，重申願做中央對外談判的堅強後盾，中央政府應採取一切必要作為以保障我國人之權益。

她也期待中央馬總統能夠持續強烈表達國家堅定立場；陳菊強調，維護國家主權跟人民生命尊嚴是政府必須優先承擔的責任，政府不能辜負人民的期待！
