綠版公務員年金 所得替代上限7成

立法院院會今天上午順利交民進黨團公務人員退休撫卹法版本交付委員會審查，草案重點包括公務員所得替代率上限7成，超過先扣18%；退休金計算基準為最後在職12年平均俸額，退休金基數內涵則為平均俸額的1.7倍；刪除月撫慰金制度。除退休金起支年齡外，其他調整項目自立法完成時即刻施行，沒有過渡期。
