四項嚴正要求 立法院要菲國負責

立法院朝野14日曾共同發表聲明，抗議菲律賓公務船違反國際法及海洋法，射殺我國漁民，背離人道精神。由於一直未獲得善意回應，朝野昨天上午再次擬具共同聲明，並由立法院長王金平在院會宣讀。

全體立委要求菲國政府負起完全責任，立即回應我方「正式道歉、賠償損失、盡速徹查事實嚴懲凶手、盡速啟動台菲漁業談判」等4項嚴正要求。
