標題[問題] 離職後，印章到年底才能還?

幫我前公司的妹妹問的..真的很屎尿= = 她第一個月進公司時薪水被扣了50元的印章費問過我跟其他人都沒有被扣過這筆錢(自己進去第一個月也沒被扣這筆，也沒給過印章) 只有她跟另外一個做7天就離職的妹妹兩人有被扣到這筆錢她的家人似乎不太滿意自己的小孩無緣無故被扣這筆，所以要她別待了 (公司是給現金，現場簽名，加上其他人都沒繳過印章) 離職之後她自己有向老闆說要拿回印章然後就整整一個月沒收到回應( ′-`)y-～昨天她可能突然想到才line我問老闆有沒有跟我們提過印章的事怎麼可能會跟我們講...當下默默的丟電話號碼給她叫她自己去問清楚妹妹就打去問啦...結果老闆的回答是年底才能還她因為要報稅什麼的要用到，年底才會跟扣繳憑單一起寄還給她不過爬了版上的文章...似乎私章離職就會還? 還是真的每間公司的情況不同阿..? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.104.173.136
