國民黨立委孫大千上午在立法院表示，他提案連署修正證所稅時遇阻，因為許多立委認為直接廢掉就好；主要的癥結點在核實課稅，大戶擔心資產曝光，財政部秋後算帳、胡亂查稅。財政部是否還堅持核實課稅、不採單一稅率？

財政部長張盛和說，財政部已經有檢討方向，等行政院內部凝聚共識後，留待證所稅專案小組再討論。
