外交部次長石定今天答復立委質詢表示，對菲四點要求，是國安高層的決定、討論的結果。其中關於菲國政府道歉部分，「若是regret就不接受，apology才接受，並且，是外交體系正式人員或總統府發言人才接受。」

這兩天菲國官員已向家屬表達歉意，「我們不接受」；現提高要求，希望菲政府正式答覆。
