選黨魁拚債限 胡志強：不是沒氣魄

台中市長胡志強今天向市議會提出施政報告，國民黨議員林汝洲建議，中央遲不通過公債法修正草案，胡市長應該要有魄力，出馬選國民黨主席，來為台中財政解套。

胡志強說：「我不是沒這個魄力，而是要思考，不要傷害別人與自己，又沒達到目的。」

國民黨議員陳成添也說，中央沒有注重地方，胡應該給中央壓力。胡志強說：「我會再去了解，因為他們 (財政部)都說會過啊！」

胡志強說，他當面跟國民黨主席馬英九問過，強調公債法修正草案一定會過關，「他給我承諾，雖然我有點不安心，我很擔心跳票」。
