　　根據 GamesIndustry 所報導的新聞資訊，手機社群遊戲廠商 GREE 為了強化內部組織運行效率，並專注在開發下一世代的手機社群遊戲，已在近日裁撤了舊金山分公司的 30 餘名員工。

　　在裁員的消息曝光後，GREE 資深副總裁 Anil Dharni 發表了官方聲明，指出：「GREE 近日整合了公司位於美國地區的資源，希望開發出下個世代的手機社群遊戲。而為了確保公司能夠更有效率地進行運作，我們不得不做出裁員這個困難的決定。這些離職的員工對於公司都曾有過重大的貢獻，我們也衷心祝福他們未來能夠一切順利。」。

　　GamesIndustry 指出，這已不是 GREE 近日首次的裁員動作。在去年 12 月 GREE 整合並將行動遊戲社群平台「OpenFeint」服務關閉，整合入旗下體系時，也裁撤了約 25 名員工。
