針對廣大興二十八號漁船九日遭菲律賓公務船槍擊，國民黨中常委邱復生等人今天舉行記者會。邱復生表示，雖然支持馬英九總統對菲律賓的四點制裁聲明，但政府不能僅是擺姿態，必須要有肩膀，軍方要拿出更強硬的措施以維護台灣主權；除了口頭宣示主權，更要對野蠻國家的海盜行為，祭出實質行動制裁。
