朱敬一罵豬狗不如 立委：有失氣度

國科會主委朱敬一為高中生上課時砲轟立委行徑，指曾有女立委要他陪她去洗頭、還有立委曾經上過他的課，卻大剌剌的坐在位子上「讓老師半蹲聽他說話」，這種行徑讓他痛批「豬狗不如」。立委聞言表示，朱當時未制止不當行為，事後又公開以「粗魯、沒有教養」的字眼批評，有失教授風範與政務官的氣度。
