國科會主委朱敬一最近利用周末假日跟高中生上公民課，今天上午課程主題為「政治與市場」，朱敬一談到民主選舉選賢與能時指出，曾有女立委要求他陪著去洗頭，另一位立委曾是他的學生，自己坐在位子上，卻要老師 (朱敬一自己)半蹲聽他說話，這樣對待老師讓他覺得「豬狗不如」。

朱敬一晚間發表聲明指出，這是他十多年前當中研院副院長與立委互動時的自我嘲諷心境，他也強調，怕高中生睡著，用這種自我嘲諷方式讓他們笑一笑，不宜將上課互動性的言語視為官方論述。
