許忠信呼籲儘速與菲談判漁權

菲律賓公務船射殺我國漁民，雖引起民情激憤，但台聯立委許忠信今天在立法院國是論壇表示，只是譴責、調查責任歸屬於事無補，應該儘速啟動和菲律賓的漁權談判，才能一勞永逸的解決。

許忠信說，政府已經完成與日本的漁業談判，據悉也將在最近邀請中國談判，但始終沒有正式邀請菲律賓，就兩國重疊的經濟海域進行談判，這是一個失職；從94年以來，台灣已經有多位漁民因此傷亡，應該趕快坐下來，和菲律賓談判漁權問題。
