內政部:悠活案尊重屏東縣府認定

　針對悠活案處理，傳出行政部門不同調。內政部次長蕭家淇表示，內政部做為建築主管機關、環保署作為環保主管機關，援引不同法律提出各自見解，但並無意見不合。悠活全區合併環評，由屏東縣政府進行認定，內政部與環保署都會尊重。內政部昨日已派員了解，確定三至六區已經歇業。在悠活渡假村取得合法執照為止，不會准許其營業。
