我想請問一下目前實驗遇到ㄧ個問題實驗主題是以Phenol Red做指示劑測定葡萄糖氧化酵素使用多功能微盤分析測吸光值有ㄧ個問題是討論曲線隨時間吸光值變趨緩的原因變趨緩的原因有哪些?? 加入的酵素是Glucoes oxidase 有人可以解題一下嗎-.- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.230.120
