立委林佳龍等23位立委，提案修正公務員退撫法中相關規定，規定退休的公務員，如果再受聘由政府補助學費或其他經費的學校法人，只要學校每年接受補助金額達3000萬元以上，或者達該年歲入決算20%以上，再或者受聘者的平均薪資，高於同級人員月薪1/2以上。以上三個條件合一者，就要停止請領公務員的月退休金。
