空巴：併太空事業 持開放態度

（中央社台北2014年1月15日電）彭博社報導，在空中巴士集團執行長恩德斯重整非客機事業之下，他表示對公司的太空部門合併協商持開放態度，且會就收購MBDA飛彈系統公司（MBDA）仔細考慮。

空中巴士集團（Airbus Group FR-AIR）執行長恩德斯（Tom Enders）昨天在位在法國土魯斯的公司新總部受訪時表示，在空中巴士衛星和發射器事業「整合」的同時，將考慮從歐洲或全世界整頓太空資產的提議。

恩德斯說：「當在全球提到太空時，有很多感興趣和有能力勝任的人。」空巴不會脫售有3個投資機構投資的MBDA少數股權，「如果有什麼事的話，我們會是買家」。

前歐洲航太防衛公司（European Aeronautic,Defence & Space Co.）的太空和防衛部門合併後，恩德斯上個月宣布裁員5800人。雖然空巴噴射機品牌表現不錯，但政府開支萎縮使銷售前景黯淡。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
