菲國申請歐盟普遍關稅優惠

（中央社記者韋樞台北2014年1月15日電）紡拓會引述資料顯示，菲律賓已申請加入歐盟的普遍優惠制度(GSP+)計畫，這項計劃將給予菲國出口歐盟市場免關稅的優惠；預料將佳惠菲國紡織、鞋類、帽類與傘類業。

紡拓會指出，菲國的貿易工業部(DTI)近期已經申請提交，並表示這項申請預計10個月內會進行評估。

紡拓會表示，菲國的紡織與成衣產業可望成為普遍優惠制度 (GSP+) 計畫下主要受惠的產業之一，顯示紡織業出口值預期將會提升7970萬歐元(約1億980萬美元)。根據貿易工業部的資料，鞋類、帽類與傘類也會連帶獲益約285萬歐元。

紡拓會說，菲國的申請案包含經歐盟27個會員國批准的國際公約文件，承諾接受歐盟的定期監控，以確保執行。對於菲國來說，菲國政府2013年 8月時就已宣佈，打算申請成為歐盟的普遍優惠制度的成員，這是更新菲國「聚焦於國家最需要的項目」的政策。
