苗栗縣長劉政鴻與胞弟劉政池涉嫌違反公司法，昨天兩人先後到士林地檢署應訊；劉政鴻訊後表示「希望檢察官毋枉毋縱」。

士林檢方偵辦苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池竊佔國土案發現，劉政鴻於2000年擔任中華尖端導磁科技股份有限公司負責人時，公司增資的1億元在主管機關行政檢查完畢後匯走，「不實驗資」涉嫌違反公司法，昨天依被告身分偵訊後請回，劉政鴻強調「希望檢察官毋枉毋縱」。

士林地檢署偵辦「七七行館」竊佔國土案，查出劉政池以女兒劉冠余擔任代表人的九冠開發公司名義，先向國有財產署申請土地承租，再以承租戶優先方式，低價購買1200多坪國有地。由於「九冠」前身為「中華尖端導磁」，劉政鴻擔任立法委員時曾出任負責人，檢方因此傳喚他釐清。

檢方調查發現，2000年「中華尖端導磁」公司增資1億元，在主管機關驗資後，不到一周就匯出。劉政鴻強調，公司都由弟弟操盤，他不清楚營運細節。
