放話黑 商總理事長爭議 王應傑告賴正鎰偽造文書

商總理事長改選以來，放話、黑函、陰謀論等傳言不斷，鄉林集團董事長賴正鎰強調商總選舉完全合法，並已聘請東森房屋董事長王應傑為商總副理事長，不過王應傑等商總重量級人物，今(14)日將控告賴正鎰偽造文書。

商總去年12月17日商總改選，由賴正鎰任理事長，賴正鎰表示，為了順利推動會務，他多次主動釋出善意，親自打電話給王應傑等人，希望他們為商總和諧，以和為貴，協助商總會務，將來會邀請他們參與理監事會議的運作。

但商總前任理事長張平沼及五都商業會理事長分別向內政部抗議商總會議紀錄不實、並提出理監事當選無效，而王應傑、建商公會全聯會前理事長王光祥、太陽熱能商業同業公會理事長黃正忠等人，今日上午10時30分將到台北地檢署控告賴正鎰偽造文書。此外，賴正鎰表示，對於極少數落選者主張提告，希望對方三思，並強調商總大會選舉結果有代表性。
