桃園縣環保局今天表示，昨晚在蘆竹鄉查獲光鼎企業社，未經許可直接將完全未處理的強酸性有害廢液排出廠外，當場依違反廢棄物清理法第46條第1款規定，移送桃園地檢署究辦，同時以違反水汙染防治法第73條第1款勒令停工。

環保局指出，光鼎企業社是今年第1件被勒令停工、移送法辦的工廠，自從執行「貓頭鷹」專案以來，對於違反環保法令，汙染環境的工廠，屢屢做出停工處分，甚至移送法辦。

環保局表示，去年除勒令日月光公司中壢廠晶片切割製程，停機進行改善，也對楊梅德宏工業公司祭出停工處分，對於心存僥倖偷排廢水的不肖業者，查獲一律嚴懲重罰。
