涉性侵老闆女兒拍光碟 收押

新北市葉姓男子涉嫌強迫雇主讀小三的女兒與他性交、口交，還拍下性愛光碟；他更將魔爪伸向被害人同學，檢方前天將他聲押獲准。

檢警搜索時，在他住處查扣性愛光碟，還發現有模仿AV女優下半身裸體的情趣用品；他否認性侵雇主女兒，強調只有口交，因為女童會喊痛。

葉姓男子在心北市某店打工，老闆好心收留他並提供住宿，沒想到他在前年至去年間，性侵老闆女兒超過10次，還自拍性愛影帶作紀念。據了解，葉還透過被害人認識另名女童，以性體驗為由誘拐這名女童上床，事後還用LINE傳鹹濕簡訊給女童，問女童「舒不舒服」？

葉向檢方供稱，這名女童喜歡看A片，好奇做愛感覺，才找他發生性行為，雙方你情我願；檢方認為即使是合意，女童未滿14歲，葉也觸犯加重強制性交罪。
