蘇丹總統勉南蘇丹 溝通是王道

（中央社記者徐梅玉約翰尼斯堡2014年1月11日專電）蘇丹總統巴席爾日前抵達衣索比亞首都阿迪斯阿貝巴，會見曾經勢不兩立的南蘇丹朝野代表，明確向他們表示，武力永遠解決不了問題。

南非新聞網站「新聞24」（news24）日前引述巴席爾（Omar al-Bashir）表示，「獨立後百廢待舉卻又陷入混戰中的南蘇丹，使我們真的很懷疑，當初讓他們舉行公投獲得獨立，是不是錯了？看到他們不珍惜得來不易的民主，我們當年巨大的犧牲似乎變得一文不值」。

巴席爾語重心長地告訴雙方代表，歷經20多年內戰後，他得到深刻教訓，那就是「武力永遠解決不了問題」。再複雜困難的問題，都必須回到談判桌上，就像當年的蘇丹與南蘇丹最後在談判桌上和解一樣。

他說，雙方若再武力相向，可憐的永遠是顛沛流離的人民。

據報導，巴席爾會晤雙方代表後，立即飛往南蘇丹首都朱巴（Juba）遊說停火。
