央行副總裁嚴宗大：擴大跨境結算

中央銀行副總裁嚴宗大昨（10）日表示，與香港相比，台灣的人民幣跨境貿易結算業務，還有很大的成長空間，央行已請銀行多多向台商宣導推廣，將跨境貿易結算業務從香港移回台灣辦理。

嚴宗大表示，推動台灣人民幣離岸市場發展，央行擬定三大方向，包括儘速簽署兩岸換匯協議（SWAP）、建立更多資金回流管道，以及配合政策與業務放寬，進行相關法令規範的修正。

嚴宗大強調，比較香港與台灣的人民幣離岸市場可發現，截至去年11月底，台灣人民幣存款為1,551億元，短時間內就累計很大的存款規模，直逼香港。

但是去年前11月，香港人民幣貿易結算規模達人民幣3.37兆元，同期間內台灣貿易結算規模僅1,372億元，差距相當大，顯示國銀辦理人民幣貿易結算業務，仍有很大的發展空間。

嚴宗大指出，近幾年來，台灣對大陸每年約有400億美元的貿易順差。
