《產業》汪雅康：高齡化、人才斷層，台灣紡織業陷危機

【時報記者任珮云台北報導】前工業局局長汪雅康表示，台灣紡織業仍是全球領先的產業，具有競爭力，紡織業已經由傳統產業進入新興時尚的高科技產業。但隨著中國和韓國等國家急起直追，台灣目前在紡織人才的培育上仍待加強，尤其是人才斷層的問題亟待政府和業界正視。

汪雅康今天協同臺灣區絲織公會共近200餘人前往彰化參觀力麗集團廠區並聽取業界的心聲。

汪雅康表示，中國大陸在紡織業的研發和人才急起直追，尤其是紡織材料的研發。台灣目前產品化具有優勢，但產業也面臨了基層人才短缺、技術創新不足等問題。在領導人才的培育上，中國目前40歲出頭的高階領導人才相當普遍，反觀台灣的紡織業似乎有「高齡化」及「人才斷層」危機。

汪雅康期許台灣的紡織業朝材料科學的角度發展，要有更強烈的企圖心，掌握台灣在商品化的優勢。
