日月明功案 吳仁甫20萬交保

彰化地檢署今天偵結日月明功一案，將陳巧明等8名被告以傷害致人於死罪起訴，彰化地方法院漏夜召開接押庭，以判定這8人是否需要繼續羈押。晚間九點多，法官裁定被告吳仁甫以20萬元交保，限制住居與出境。

起訴書中指出，因吳仁甫並未參與全部犯行，且態度良好深表悔意，因此檢察官請求法院量處較低刑度。吳仁甫今晚走出法庭時表情木然，面對記者時不發一語。
