駐越前秘書被控索賄 涉賣簽證牟利

外交部駐越南代表處前一等秘書蕭裕文，被控利用核發學生簽證機會，勾結越南河內台灣商會秘書長曹保麟向學生索取高額簽證費；調查局日前將曹押回台灣，法院裁定100萬元交保；台北地檢署昨天再帶回蕭漏夜偵訊。

據了解，蕭裕文否認索賄、曹保麟也否認行賄，兩人都供稱是依規定送件辦理簽證核發；蕭還說，他負責審查文件，資料如果齊全就蓋章，不知資料假造。

檢方傳喚數十名在台念書的越南學生查證，學生證稱，如果送審資料沒過，會尋求曹保麟協助補資料，只要按照行情繳交「手續費」，給錢就過關。
