陸股解碼╱金融地產 後市主流

港股周四低開後走勢震盪，終場恆生指數下跌209點，跌幅0.91%，收在22,787點；國企指數下挫177點，跌幅1.71%，收在10,152點。短期陸股欲振乏力，影響港股市場交投意願，預估金融、地產股表現將左右港股後市，大盤近期將在月、季線區間震盪。

大陸官方為了監管影子銀行，陸續出手，主要目的是限制大陸銀行表外業務過度擴張，避免過度膨脹降，進一步降低金融槓桿化；加上人行貨幣政策中性偏緊訊號，使權重股金融族群壟罩在壓力鍋下，讓陸港兩地金融股表現不濟，削弱盤勢資金動能。

國家統計局周四公布去年12月消費者物價指數（CPI）低於官方原先預期為2.6%，市場預估貨幣政策將維持不變，不會有進一步調控措施，使地產類股表現相對活潑。

由於大陸人行自從開始進行逆回購緩解市場流動性，資金面緊張有望獲得緩解，將使整體環境有望保持穩定。

後市港股動向，建議密切關注近一季資金流動性與籌碼面變動，以及年初各項改革政策的實際落實狀況，外部關注聯準會利率決策會議與歐洲央行會議。
