疑配合學生請病假 診所遭稽查

（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園2014年1月8日電）桃園縣中壢市一家診所被檢舉配合學生請病假，開立不實診斷證明；桃縣衛生局今天前往稽查，帶回部分資料。

桃園縣政府衛生局前往中壢市一家診所，稽查是否有開立不實診斷書。

衛生局表示，部分民眾檢舉指出，這家診所醫師為配合學生請假，開立不實診斷書，方便學生取得證明。

衛生局並隨機調閱相關病歷進行查證，同時也訪談醫師與診所內行政人員，以釐清是否涉及開立不實診斷書。

衛生局表示，醫療法規明確規範醫師在診斷時應力求慎重，不得開立與事實不符的診斷書，違者可依醫師法處以新台幣10萬元到50萬元罰鍰，或得限制執業範圍；情節重大者，得廢止醫師證書。

衛生局也提醒民眾，如果要求醫師開立不實診斷書，將可能涉及刑事責任。
