國考分階段 普通科及格可保留

（中央社記者陳偉婷、葉素萍台北2014年1月3日電）立法院院會今天三讀修正通過公務人員考試法部分條文，增訂公職考試分普通科目、專業科目兩階段舉行法源。

考選部長董保城受訪表示，修法後，公務人員考試可分普通科目、專業科目兩階段舉行，普通科目及格成績，初步規劃保留5年，但還須修考試規則，送考試院院會通過。

現行規定公務人員各種考試得分試、分地舉行，為使考試更具彈性並減輕應試者負擔，考試院提案修法，賦予公務人員考試得分階段舉行法源。

三讀修正通過條文明定公務人員各種考試得分試、分階段、分考區舉行；分試、分階段考試應考年齡、考試等級、考試類科、應考資格、應試科目、成績計算、成績及格資格保留年限及其他有關事項，由各考試規則訂定。
