壓腳哥涉詐200元 中檢起訴

台中市一名49歲的侯姓「壓腳哥」涉嫌騎車在紅綠燈等候時，謊稱被汽車壓腳詐騙醫藥費，台中地檢署今天將他提起公訴。

起訴書指出，侯姓男子今年10月間騎乘機車從台中軍功路往太平區方向行駛，到一處紅綠燈路口，看到倪姓駕駛的自小客車，基於詐欺取財之意，騎車到倪姓駕駛的車旁，等自小客車起步時，謊稱腳被車子壓到腳，強索新台幣200元的醫藥費。

由於過程被後方駕駛的行車記錄器拍下，警方根據畫面逮到侯姓男子，依詐欺罪嫌將侯男送辦，台中地檢署偵結後，今天將侯男提起公訴。
