Win8 沒有有效的ip設定

今天下午有突然停電
恢復後就無法上網原因是"沒有有效的ip設定" 我是學校宿舍的區域網路
所以沒有數據機
主機後面插網路線的地方有亮綠燈和閃黃燈
IP是169.254開頭的
DHCP也有開啟

請問有什麼解決方法嗎剛剛試了很多網路上的方法都沒用
