我在new balance 專賣店，品牌嚴選裡買了鞋，
但是我想退貨，客服卻不理我，她一直叫我去看售後條款，我也看了，之後就不回我話了，
但是不是有法律上的保障嗎？七日內可退換貨，無須理由，
其實我的理由很簡單，因為我買到仿冒品。
我該如何解決呢？我要去哪投訴？
請大家幫幫我～～因為我一次買兩雙，花錢更多，讓我更想退貨
