咦！新營也可以堆雪人？製冰廠老板方大朋為了幫小朋友圓夢，運來重達一噸的冰塊及碎冰，在玉音壇慈音寺廣場前，堆起大小兩座耶誕老公公造型的雪人，可愛模樣破表，小朋友驚喜歡呼，不忘為雪人添衣戴帽，玩得不亦樂乎。
