網友看法／有人喊早該罰 有人怕買嘸iPhone了

公平會針對蘋果限制電信業者綁約售價開罰一事，電信業者都低調不予回應。

網友看法則很兩極，有人喊讚說「早該罰」，也有人擔憂Google事件重演、以後買不到iPhone。

還有不少人質疑蘋果開罰兩千萬，日月光汙水事件怎麼卻只罰六十萬。

蘋果向來態度強硬，每逢新機上市前，對電信業者的要求一籮筐，包括不准提前開放預購、不能擅自透露新機資訊與開賣時間，資費方案也必須經由蘋果審核通過之後才能公布，甚至連打廣告都得照規矩來。

放眼望去，各品牌旗艦智慧手機規格強大，大尺寸更是主流，仍在四吋原地踏步的iPhone 5s、5c價格卻居高不下，是網友們認為該罰的最主要原因。

兩年多前消保會因Google Play軟體商店條款不符七天鑑賞期開罰，導致Google關閉台灣付費購買App機制，直到今年二月底才重新開放，消費者成了最大輸家，因此也有部分蘋果迷擔心，萬一此舉惹怒蘋果而退出台灣市場，倒楣的又是消費者。

至截稿前，蘋果尚未對此事做任何回應。
