iPhone在台售價 有機會下調

公平會昨（25）日展現鐵腕重罰蘋果，外界預期，公平會判決一出，iPhone在台售價可望不再是「鐵板一塊」，有機會降價。

公平會統計，三大電信業者幾乎占了iPhone手機全台九成以上的銷售量，加上消費者習慣以綁約方式購機，使得消費者無論多麼努力貨比「三家」，資費方案幾乎都一樣，成了蘋果違法行為下的最大肥羊。

市場認為，蘋果甘冒違法風險的最大得目的，正是為了在推陳出新快速的手機市場維持高度利潤率。如果蘋果因公平會裁罰對電信業者「放手」，電信業者可望視營運成本和市場狀況，機動調整iPhone綁約售價，預期消費者將有更多機會撿便宜。

公平會昨日公布對蘋果長達約八個月的調查結果，透過蘋果與中華電信、台灣大哥大、遠傳三家公司的電子郵件發現不少內幕。公平會副主委孫立群指出，蘋果不但限制電信業者對新款iPhone綁約價，甚至當iPhone 5上市後，舊款的iPhone 4S和新機的價差都有限制。
