葉匡時：國道計程收費 30日上路

國道計程收費倒數計時，高公局預計明後天對外宣布，不過交通部長葉匡時上午在立法院交通委員會鬆口，國道計程方費預計12月30日實施，至於政策上路後提供的免費天數，1天或是3天都有可能。

高公局提出免費1、3、5、7天等四種方案。高公局長曾大仁表示，由於國道免收費一天，國道作業基金就會短收6000萬元，初步研議免費時間不超過3天。
