明年春節 仍維持夜間免費

交通部長葉匡時今天在立法院表示，明年春節國道首次面臨計程收費，往年夜間實施的不收費，仍會維持。

民主進步黨籍立法委員李昆澤上午在立法院交通委員會質詢時指出，明年春節只有6天假期，國道塞車會更明顯。

李昆澤說，高速公路局統計，今年平時週休假日，0至7時車流量約15萬輛次；春節假期因為免收費，0至7時約39萬輛次，除夕更達50萬輛次，用路人都是為了省過路費。明年春節計程收費已上路，春節仍應實施免收費。
 
葉匡時承諾，明年春節是國道首次面臨全面計程收費，「希望維持往年用路人的習慣，朝夜間免收費規劃，但時段尚未確定」。

高公局長曾大仁說，國道夜間收費是希望發揮移峰填谷效果，分散車流，明年春節會繼續實施；不過，春節期間考量長途人用路需求，計程收費不會有優惠里程，將回到單一費率。
