國民黨主席馬英九今天參加把愛傳出去活動，表揚全國績優婦女團體。他說，婦女朋友最擔心的就是食安問題，政府為了要讓民眾安心，決定嚴查重罰，提高刑度罰款，對惡質廠商不當得利裁罰無上限，希望業者自律。

馬總統表示，有些廠商使用不實標示，實際上是民生詐欺行為，對消費者來說「沒有傷身、是傷心」，但不論是傷身、傷心，政府都不允許。他說，這是執政之前，就存在的問題，遇到了就要面對、處理，不要覺得自己倒楣。
