（中央社記者江今葉紐約2013年12月13日專電）「華爾街日報」今天引述消息人士的話指出，美國第3大手機營運商史普陵特正考慮在明年上半年，收購美國第4大手機營運商T-Mobile。

報導指出，史普陵特（Sprint）收購T-Mobile的代價可能超過200億美元，端視史普陵特打算收購T-Mobile多少股權而定。

若這項購併成案，美國無線網路市場將由AT&T公司、威瑞森無線公司（Verizon Wireless）及史普陵特3家獨大。不過，這也可能促使美國監管機構，調查是否涉及壟斷。

因擔憂監管機構調查而招致高風險，消息人士透露，是否收購T-Mobile，史普陵特仍在進行最後評估。兩年前，美國司法部才拒絕AT&T以390億美元代價併購T-Mobile。

如果史普陵特成功收購T-Mobile，將擁有約5300萬使用者，站穩美國第3大電信商。

史普陵特的最大股東是日本軟體銀行執行長孫正義，他在今年7月，購入超過80%的史普陵特股權。

T-Mobile的最大持股者是德國電信公司（DeutscheTelekom AG），持股比例達67%。
