GALAXY Note10.1 無法從通知開啟文件

大家好，底下是我的問題，拜託大家了

近來我朋友買了GALAXY Note10.1

從網頁上下載了doc，下載完成後從通知可以看到文件名稱，
按照一般習慣就點文件名稱，結果視窗跳出「無法開啟文件」

我也幫他從googleplay下載了 WPS office
先點選檔案並點選「永遠使用這個軟體」
當我從檔案系統中開啟文件都很正常

可是依然無法從通知欄點選檔案來呼叫APP開啟文件

請問這是原本的限制還是哪邊有問題還是我少做了哪些步驟呢？

我用我的NEXUS7一代(Chrome)會直接在新分頁開啟檔案
但是檔案也會下載到平板裡

但即使是網頁顯示，Note10.1還是無法

以上問題拜託大大了，感恩
