增資未完成 3壽險業者挨罰

金管會保險局昨天一口氣處罰3家壽險公司，包括朝陽、國寶及幸福人壽，都因為未在今年年底前，達到保險局的增資要求，被處罰停售部分保單，且3家公司董事長薪酬，都要砍掉3成。

這是保險局首度以「砍掉」壽險公司高層部分薪資，來處分壽險公司。根據各公司年報，朝陽、幸福及國寶人壽3家公司的董事長，目前年薪各在300到500萬元之間，3人薪酬要各減掉90到150萬元。保險局表示，這項「減薪」處分，為期1年。

保險局指出，這3家公司，都是因為RBC（資本適足率）未達法定標準200％，且都未能在期限前完成增資，而被處罰。

除3家公司董事長薪酬被砍，各公司部分保單，保險局也認為「有礙公司健全經營」，被要求停售；包括朝陽人壽的「富貴天成利率變動型終身壽險」、幸福人壽的「天天幸福特定重大疾病終身健康保險」，還有國寶人壽的「利率變動型年金保險乙型」共5張保單，都須在接到保險局公文後，停售1年。
