自由經濟示範區估稅收增2.92億元

【林巧雁／台北報導】財政部長張盛和今天在立法院財委會專案報告自由經濟示範區租稅優惠，估算將產生稅收淨收益2.92億元。

立委許添財質詢指出，如果示範區是合理、正當有效，為何不擴大全國實施，效果更大？張盛和指出，希望短期吸引國內欠缺的人才與技術，發揮點火的效果，所以短期必須落日，若全國實施怕一下子無法控管。

財政部在符合「新技術」、「新投資」、「新人才」、「新企業」原則下，研擬短期租稅優惠。國際跨國企業設立營運總部3年內，國外企業收益匯回台灣可免營利事業所得稅100%優惠稅率。

示範事業及個人股東匯回示範區的實質投資海外股利或盈餘也免繳所得稅。示範區外籍人士前3年薪資所得半數課稅。示範區投資高度創新可享投資租稅優惠，抵減15%，抵減3年，各年度限額為營利事業所得稅額30%。
